David Lock, our Founder/Managing Director of Arrows with Soul Pte Ltd, is the originator, pioneer architect, developer and chief facilitator of Arrows With Soul^TM, a holistic Work-Life Integration Program for effectiveness in work and family life (and its variants) since Jan 2005. Mr. Lock is the owner of the trademark Arrows With Soul^TM and all its variants. The Arrows with Soul program was operated under The Clarion Institute Pte Ltd from September 2005 – 17 January 2008 by Mr. Lock and his team.

On January 18, 2008, The Arrows with Soul program and all its variants, goodwill and contracts have been assigned to the Company, Arrows with Soul Pte Ltd, of which Mr. Lock is the founder and managing director.
